Shipping & Return Policy

Most items are normally shipped on the same business day if placed before 1PM PST, except expensive items which specifically designated as "Normally shipped in 1-3 business days". Besides, large order volumes, weather conditions or any unpredictable circumstances may also delay in shipment,but all orders will be shipping out ASAP.

We ship almost all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).s

These are the estimated times in transit for the various shipping methods we offer:

USPS Standard Shipping (Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service)
USPS Priority (2-5 business days)
USPS Express (1-2 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
USPS Express Mail International (3-5 business days)

Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Note that if you select International Priority, your shipment will be considered international and may be subject to customs fees and import duties.

Return & Refunds
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # ( RMA # ) within 7 days since the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will be considered as damaged by the customer. RMA # is valid for 14 days only. To international customers, the validity of RMA can be prolonged for a few days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.Returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

Please email Yallstore.com customer representative at service@yallstore.com to submit your return request. All returns will be evaluated by our technical team. Please confirm your personal info is accurate .

Yallstore.com will not handle your case if we cannot get a response from you within 14 days.Refund are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty
The limited Warranty Time applicable to the product bought from yallstore.com within 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective.Otherwise Yallstore.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by products or manufacturers.

Lost/Out-of-Stock Item
An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US. After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a reship. Yallstore is responsible for the reshipping fee.

As for the out-of-stock item, if the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item, there are two situations:
1. For the costumers already paid by PayPal, the charges will be reimbursed via PayPal.
2. For the costumers chose to pay by credit card, the item and the order will be simply cancelled. The credit card will not be charged.

Received Wrong Item
If you received
wrong item, you have 7 days since the date of receipt to request a RMA#. We will reship the right item to you once receive the returns asap.

NOTE :Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Or you need to pay at least 50% of product value .

Bought Wrong Item
If you bought a wrong item, then you should contact us within 7 days since the date of receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one ,you will be responsible for return shipping fee and reshipping fee as well as any difference in price. If you would like a refund , you will get 80% of the item price (excluding postage costs). Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Or you need to pay at least 50% of product value .

International Returns
To international order, before purchasing you should contact us to confirm  the item you needed in Yallstore .You are responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Yallstore will not
responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and other import fees imposed by international customs laws which may vary by origin of import.

General
You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. All shipping charges is NON-Refundable unless agreed by Yallstore.com. 20% restocking fee
will be imposed if shipment is refused at time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 50% restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Yallstore.com.
