Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery
option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. The total
shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before
you submit your order.

International Priority, your shipment will be considered international and may
be subject to customs fees and import duties.
Return & Refunds
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # ( RMA # ) within 7
days since the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the
product will be considered as damaged by the customer. RMA # is valid for 14
days only. To international customers, the validity of RMA can be prolonged for
a few days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.Returns
received without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

The limited Warranty Time applicable to the product bought from yallstore.com
within 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides
for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as
defective.Otherwise Yallstore.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our
sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.The warranty
protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects. After 30
days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms
and conditions may vary by products or manufacturers.
An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of
delivery in US. After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or
a reship. Yallstore is responsible for the reshipping fee.
As for the out-of-stock item, if the buyer does not want to
wait for an out-of-stock item, there are two situations:

Received Wrong Item

you would like a refund , you will get 80% of the item price (excluding
postage costs).Product must be in its original condition without any

responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments.
